The Challenge:

It reinforces best practices with store-level benchmarking and closed-loop workflows so fixes actually happen. Guardrails keep people in control: high-impact actions require approval, and every decision is auditable.
Entry‑to‑Exit Speed & Queue Control
We measure how quickly guests move from the door to the till and where they get delayed, so stores can fix bottlenecks before they cost sales. The system detects long or abandoned lines, nudges guests to mobile checkout when available, and automatically tells staff to open/register coverage to keep lines short.

GNFR “Control Tower”
A simple control tower that tracks cleaning supplies, cups, paper goods and other GNFR stock in real time against PAR (target on-hand level) levels and budget. It flags low items, suggests auto-reorders within approved limits, and explains spend variances so stores don’t run out or overspend. The result: fewer emergency runs, lower waste, and predictable GNFR spend.
