Designing a Connected Executive Center: Turning a Beautiful HQ into a Seamless Connected Journey
We helped a large financial services organization transform its remote headquarters into a connected, hybrid-era campus—where space, technology, and service moments work together to create a distinct journey for employees, customers, and prospects.
The goal was a hospitality-driven experience that could flex between collaboration, quiet focus, and executive engagement without losing coherence.
My part was to connect the space with a digital layer that’s right for visitors and executives.
Challenge
The architecture team delivered a dramatically improved in-person executive center, but the overall experience still felt fragmented because critical digital touchpoints were missing or inconsistent. To make the campus “shine,” the physical environment needed to be tightly integrated with digital guidance, communication, and day-of orchestration for visitors and internal stakeholders.
Solution
I designed a holistic digital experience delivering a guided visitor journey (interactive map, welcome flow, day timeline, personalized plans), plus operational tools like room reservations and collaboration/communication touchpoints to connect every moment end-to-end.
